Nightly meals + Pasta Party

SingleTrack have Partnered with Ash from Peaks Chef in an effort to simplify your race essentials and eat healthy, hearty meals each night to get you and your crew through this Epic adventure

Each Meal each night will cost $30 per person including the Pizza Party on Wednesday Night and the Street Food offerings available Sunday night. Dinners will be served at the Centenary Hall or just outside in the forecourt depending on weather. Bookings must be made via the Events Plus Portal so that we can finalise numbers. If you are running the stage race you might choose to go out one night for dinner, but the other nights let us handle dinner for you and your crew! Just Spectating? Come along! Book your dinners too. These meals are not only offered to runners, but also spectators, crew, vollies and anyone who wants to get involved.

We are exited to bring you a vibrant menu brimming with healthy familiar favourites, hearty classics and and energy boosting freshly cooked food every day. Everything you’ll need to fuel up for the challenge!

Opening with a Pasta Party to satisfy all appetites and finishing Sunday with a more relaxed Burger bar featuring several meat & veggie options and plenty of street food style fare that makes it easy for you to socialise with your fellow runners.

Wednesday Pasta Party:

  • Cheese ravioli with Italian vegetables in a rich tomato sauce

  • Vegan baked pasta (GF option available on request)

  • Homemade Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce with linguini (GF option available on request)

  • Bowtie or Penne pasta with garlic prawns, tomatoes and spinach in white wine sauce

  • Leafy Salad

Thursday Meal Plan

  • Roast chicken, crispy potatoes and carrots, steamed greens, home made gravy (GF)

  • Chickpea, capsicum & zucchini stew with couscous, oven baked fish (optional) (GF)

  • Indian spiced Spinach and potato filo pastry rolls w feta cheese 

  • Leafy Salad (GF)

Friday Meal Plan

  • Slow cooked Lamb shanks in a red wine gravy, buttery mash potatoes and steamed vegetables (GF)

  • Butcher made Lamb and mint sausages w creamy mash, minted peas and gravy

  • Vegetarian & Chicken Thai green curry w fragrant jasmine rice (GF)

  • Leafy Salad

Saturday Meal Plan

  • Beef or Vegetarian chilli served w corn chips, brown rice, cheese, chopped onion and tomato (GF)

  • Roast Chicken, feta and tomato puff pastry rolls 

  • Penne with fresh vegetables, olives and herbs w portions of fish (optional)(GF option available on request)

  • Leafy salad

Sunday Street Style

  • DIY Burgers - Beef patties, grilled chicken & vegetarian options w an array of toppings (GF option available on request)

  • Roast Pork and apple sauce Rolls (GF option available)

  • Corn on the cob w chipotle mayo (GF)

  • Chicken Wings cooked two ways (GF)
